Expert in Public Expenditure Management, providing advisory services to governments in developing and transition countries on Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF)  and Public Investment Programs (PIP - design, management and evaluation).

Expert in Aid Architecture, providing advisory services to international organisations and national governments on aid effectiveness. Activities include: (i) design and evaluation of Official Development Assistance (ODA) programs; (ii) preparation of the EU Donor Atlas, a web-based system to analyze aid flows to developing countries (http://development.donoratlas.eu/); (iii) advisory services to Governments on  budgetary support and Sector Wide Approaches (SWAPs)
