Rules and Regulations: Job
Listings
By submitting a job listing and credit card authorization to
Cambridge Data Systems through its web site, each individual
submitter understands and agrees to the following:
- Payment will be made in
accordance with the terms of the individual's credit card
agreement.
- Payment covers the described
services (set-up and hosting of one listing) for a period of 1
month from the date of confirmation of listing activation and is
non-refundable.
- Each Job Listing is limited to
approximately one-half a typed page. If excessive information is
submitted, Cambridge Data Systems will contact the individual to
correct the situation. If no agreement can be reached, Cambridge
Data Systems will not place the listing on its site and all fees
will be refunded.
- If more than one listing is
submitted at one time or if a listing includes multiple positions,
the charge will be $55 per listing or per position. An
initial receipt for $55 will be provided upon submission and
additional charges will be processed later and a receipt for those
charges provided by email.
- General listings calling for
candidates with a variety of skills or for a company's
résumé database without a specific job noted will be
charged $165. An initial $55 charged will be processed upon
submission and the balance processed later and a receipt provided
by email.
- Each individual is solely
responsible for the accuracy of information he or she provides to
Cambridge Data Systems.
- Each individual is responsible
for checking the listing after set-up and informing Cambridge Data
Systems of any necessary corrections. If we are informed of
corrections within three days of posting, we will extend the
period of hosting to allow the corrected listing to be on the site
for a total of one month. We will make corrections if informed
after three days, but the one month period will be measured from
the original posting date.
- Cambridge Data Systems reserves
the right to not accept and post any job listing information which
it feels, in its sole discretion, is not in keeping with the
purposes of this service.
- If Cambridge Data Systems refuses
any initial job listing submission, the individual will receive a
refund for any credit card charges processed.
- Cambridge Data Systems agrees to
remove listings upon request by the authorized individual at any
time during the period of hosting; no refunds will be paid for
such partial-period hosting.
