Author of three books: Democracy, Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law 1982-1983 Translator of Geneva Conventions Summer 1984 Seminars in Peace Academy in the Hague "Responsabilités de l'Etat" 1987-1990 Lawyer training in Geneva, Administrative Tribunal and in lawyer's cabinets. 1990-1991 ICRC Delegate in Kuwait and Iraq. 1992-1995 Attorney and director of the " Permanence juridique, Rive-Droite" Geneva. 1999-1999 Federal Office of Personnel Data Protection , Bern, as Legal Adviser 1999-2001 Observer, Liaison Officer and Public Relations Officer in an Intergovernmental Mission, the Temporary International Presence in Hebron (TIPH) Occupied Territories. 1999-2001 Professor invited at Hebron University for Human Rights, Democracy and Humanitarian Law Summer 2001 Coordinator of humanitarian projects (seminars and workshop) Since 1st of January 2002 to present working as Legal Officer in UNOPS/ UN Geneva and preparing the Certification ISO 9001:2000 of UNOPS Geneva.
