RMS you can automate nearly the entire resume gathering and management
process:
- Submission of Resumes -
applicants complete their quick profile online & automatically
submit their CV and enter data - look and feel of the page is
customized to look like your web site.
- Processing of Resumes -
staff are notified if a new CV matches an open opportunity or is in
their area of expertise; administrator can be notified to check
submissions for quality.
- Find a Resume - search
by seniority, sector specialty, languages, nationality or education AND
also search for words and phrases in the CVs.
- Share Information - Once
a staff member has conducted a search and initial review of candidates,
the package of results & any staff comments can be sent to the
hiring manager for review, further comments & action.
- Relationship Management
- your comments on an applicant can be entered into their private
profile. Entire e-mail exchanges can be automatically stored.
- Updating Resumes Automatically
- consultants are automatically asked to update their profile/CV
according to a schedule you set & then do the updating
themselves. Old CVs are moved automatically to inactive status
according to your schedule.
