Cambridge Data Systems prides itself on the service we provide to our clients. While we work to make all systems operate flawlessly, we know that the level of customization we offer combined with the intricacies of integrating technology across numerous platforms means that problems will arise.

To deal with any issues, all data products come with one year of support and, in the initial period following installation, we are always on-call for you and your staff.

We provide training in your system at no additional cost and our reference manuals provide assistance with all administrative matters.

In addition, all our products are completely guaranteed for the first 30 days of service - if you are dissatisfied for any reason, all fees, including set-up fees, will be refunded. Beyond 30 days, we require no minimum commitment - if you ever want to stop your service, you pay only for the services used to date. And your data is always yours even if we host your system - we will provide the data tables to you at no charge so you are never locked in.
