Once you complete the form below, Cambridge Data Systems will provide you with your own Resume Management System. There are no set-up fees or monthly charges for the first month of service regardless of size of your RMS.
All new clients start with the FREE, Basic Version of the RMS. If you eventually exceed 400 consultants in your RMS, we will inform you (you can track the number of consultants in the system yourself as well) and give you at least one month's notice before moving you to the Extended Version with monthly fees. If you don't wish to pay for the Extended Version, you can simply delete excess consultants from your system. All data in the RMS is your proprietary data and will never be made available to others, whether you use the Basic or Extended Versions, and is available as a backup version of the database at any time at no cost.
Upon submission of this form you will see a confirmation screen. Within three days we will provide default menus for you to edit and return to us for customizing the data menus. Upon set-up, usually within another week, we will provide instructions for accessing your RMS and for linking from your web site. We will also provide our operating manual to get you going, links to our on-line training, and information on our email help desk.
