Methodology
My leadership style is Innovative. I am inventive and proactive in
creating new ways to get things done, bringing a sense of confidence to
most things I do. I am not afraid to take risks if it means finding a
new, better way.
I am generally agreeable
than rousing when it comes to my work personality. I have the ability
to adapt to almost any change that is thrown my way. I am quite
accommodating to my colleagues and easy to be around.
I am meticulous and planned and have an exceptional ability to keep my
work orderly – a fact that is not lost on my fellow
co-workers. I am diligent about being thorough and exceptionally good
with details and deadlines.
I show strength in my ability to be a collaborative worker. While I am
not at a loss when working by myself, I feel much more productive when
working with a team and bounce ideas off of other people. In other
words, I enjoy the camaraderie of group work.
